The Opportunity:

    • Liaises with vendors to obtain quotes.
    • Assist Project Manager in creating schedules and monitoring progress against timelines.
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors.
    • Monitor work progress to ensure completion.
    • Carries out day to day tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.
    • Create and Issue purchase orders.
    • Effective communication with all levels of Build it by design.
    • Read and interpret project drawings and specifications.
    • Communicate with clients, agencies, stakeholders.
    • Procurement of construction materials.

Skills & Experience:

    • 3+ years of construction project coordination experience.
    • Strong ability to Multitasking.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Strong research skills.
