BUILD IT by Design is a growing construction and project management company in Canada, which services clients across North America within the hospitality, retail, and ICI sector. We are looking to hire ambitious individuals who share our passion for excellence and can collaborate with us to provide our clients with the best construction experience.
The Opportunity:
- Perform flooring repair/installation, drywall repair/installation and/or interior and exterior painting.
- Load or unload materials to be used in construction.
- Assist site employees with their duties.
- Troubleshoot and solve issues efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and order at all times.
Skills & Experience
- Must possess a minimum of 3 years of construction experience.
- Trade certificate an asset.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong relationships with local sub-trades and knowledge of local market conditions.
- Ability to pull apart drawings and technical specs with a solid understanding of trade scope of work.
- Reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to take initiative and follow tasks through to completion.
